Return/Exchange Policy
At Maati India, our customers satisfaction is of outmost importance. Hence, our efforts are mostly aimed at making your shopping experience delightful and the return and exchange process hassle free. In any rare occasion if you are not happy with the purchase, please refer below the exchange policy.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:
- Returns and Exchange are only applicable on damaged/defective products
- Pictures and a short video of defect/damage on the product needs to be mandatorily shared with us at themaatindia@gmail.com for our internal check/inspection before accepting the return
- Products damaged after usage are not eligible/accepted for exchange
- Bulk purchases and customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS:
Upon internal inspection of pictures/video shared of the damaged/defective product from your end we will notify you if the product can be accepted for return and exchange
If the product can be accepted for return and exchange, the below process needs to be followed
- Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, tags and/or any item send to you along with the product package.
- We will organise a reverse pick up from the delivery location.
- Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will go through an internal inspection and then a new unit/piece of the same purchase will be dispatched to you within standard shipping timelines.
- In the rare occasion where a replaceable item of the product is not available, a refund will be issued to your in 2 business working days.
