- Our primary raw materials - Cane, Bamboo, Water Hyacinth, Seagrass (Kauna/Kouna) like all other natural materials, has its own inherent characteristics with respect to colour, tone, grain, pattern etc. due to which there may be slight variations in the characteristics/appearance in each piece of our handmade products.
- As all our products are handmade/handcrafted without usage of any high-tech machineries by different Artisans and Weavers and therefore there may be slight difference in final finish of each product made as each hands are naturally different
- Some of our products undergo the process of polishing in the final stage of its making to give it a fine finish and feel because of which there may be slight variations in the finished Product(s) with regards to tone, colour, grain, dimension etc. as compared to the sample displayed on our website.
- Maati India disclaims any guarantee(s) of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the finished Product with the sample displayed in the photographs on the website.
Please note that all our products are handcrafted with utmost care and love by skilled artisans and these minor variations and inherent inconsistencies in each handmade products only adds to its natural beauty/charm and does not affect the quality and longevity of the product.
